Discover your divine sensual being

That is a mouthful of course considering that our culture doesn’t really promote being sensual. It does however promote sexuality and not always in the realistic ways. To me being sensual is living in your life fully with all of your senses.

This day is a perfect example with the warm sun heating up the earth, warming up the flowers so I can smell them in my garden. I find sensuality in this moment.

The instances of touch that we get in a day may be really limited, a peek on the check, maybe a hug if your are lucky. I would say a long full body hug would be so sensual, relaxing and fulfilling… it is a connection a full body/chakra connection.

The breathing in the embrace would allow the energy to flow freely between you and truly feel them. Then the gaze of connection, eyes meet and yes we are now connected.

The power of that hug that hangs in time say “One minute ” would boost to your feelings of love and sensuality.

We don’t want to forget to mention connection which for every woman if foreplay.
